Committee of Management

Brothers In Unity’s activity is supported by group of representatives from the local community, who provide governance through overseeing the organisation’s performance. The Committee of Management (COM) meets ten times a year.  Their key role is to develop and monitor strategic planning, associated policies and financial matters. If you live or work in the City of Port Phillip and would like to share your skills and experience for the benefit the organisation, we would love to hear from you. Staff

All of our staff work part time or casually and pride themselves on delivering the best support for all participants and the community. Our staff aim to deliver quality and inclusive learning programs using the Community Development model.

Volunteers

Brothers In Unity could not operate without the dedicated contribution of our many wonderful volunteers. There are some amazing volunteers that have been with us for a long time and many others have moved on in search of their dreams.

Sustainable Living: Community Education

We have been holding a series of workshops/classes and providing access to free video’s to help you be more environmentally sustainable.  There are such topics as “Earth and Sustainable Building”, “How and What can I Recycle?”, “Cooking and Shopping with Less Waste”, “Beeswax Wrap Workshops” and much more.  Keep an eye out for the details and follow us on Facebook!
